Legal
Last updated July 4, 2026. This policy explains what data Pulso collects, how we use it, and your rights.
When you sign up for Pulso, we collect your name, email address, and the social media account credentials you choose to connect. Connected account tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to publish content and read analytics on your behalf.
We use your information solely to operate the service: schedule and publish posts, collect and display analytics, generate AI-suggested captions and replies, and process inbound comments and messages. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Pulso uses third-party AI APIs (Anthropic Claude) to generate caption and reply suggestions. Content you submit for AI generation is sent to these providers for processing. We do not use your content to train or improve those models.
We retain your data for as long as your workspace is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days. Analytics snapshots may be retained in aggregate form.
Pulso integrates with social media platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads) and AI providers. Each platform's own privacy policy governs how they handle data sent through their APIs.
Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. All API traffic is served over HTTPS. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Pulso dashboard.
